Certis Central, Singapore – A Smart Building Case Study

Certis Central, Singapore – A Smart Building Case Study

The Smart Building “Digital Twin”

The Certis Centre is a key operational center for the Certis Group, a leading Singapore company that provides security, facility management and technology enabled services to customers across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. The Certis Centre is a Smart Building where the building’s systems and processes are integrated into a single management platform. The management platform uses BIM for 3D visualization and as the operational interface; in essence, it is the “Digital Twin” of the physical Smart Building.

Key capabilities include smart security, surveillance and incident management using intelligent process automation across access management and CCTV. Integrated smart workplace management optimizes key resources such as space utilization and energy consumption within tenant spaces. Maintenance costs are reduced by using predictive maintenance strategies.
