This quick tutorial explains how you can assign a Servicer to your work orders.

After a Work Order is created, the next step is to assign a relevant Servicer to carry out maintenance task defined. A Servicer can be an external Vendor or a Department.
Once a Work Order is created, its initial stage will be ‘New’.
With Workspace-Work Order app, you can assign your Work Order to a Soft Service vendor or to a Hard Service vendor based on the Service Category of the Work Order.

After a Servicer is assigned, the assignment details will be listed under Assignment & Schedule tab of Work Order detail page.

These users can only submit work requests, view status of the requests, follow-up on work requests, provide feedback on resolved work requests Typically, these users represent occupants of a facility.
These users manage the account and have the ability of adding other users to account.
Power Users represent the internal and external personnel who are responsible for ‘facility management’ function. All technicians/supervisors/vendor users/facility coordinators/managers fall into this category. They can plan, create, dispatch, monitor, update and close work orders.
