Work Orders that are completed by technicians, will be received to relevant Facility Coordinators via Workspace-Work Order app.
In addition, with Workspace-Work Order app, you can give your feedback for the service provided in few seconds. Generally, Requesters can provide their feedback via emoji or from comments or from both.
Once all the tasks are completed and no rework needed and feedback is given, you can close the work order. Usually, Facility Coordinators may close the work orders.
You will have to provide your verification comment and your signature in order to close a work order.

After you complete and close the Work Order, its stage will move from ‘Completed’ to ‘Closed’.
These users can only submit work requests, view status of the requests, follow-up on work requests, provide feedback on resolved work requests Typically, these users represent occupants of a facility.
These users manage the account and have the ability of adding other users to account.
Power Users represent the internal and external personnel who are responsible for ‘facility management’ function. All technicians/supervisors/vendor users/facility coordinators/managers fall into this category. They can plan, create, dispatch, monitor, update and close work orders.
