This article explains how you can complete your work orders.
Stage before the Action: In Progress
Stage after the Action : Completed
After technicians acknowledge their work orders, they can complete their assigned work. Once the work is done, technicians/ Servicer Supervisor can mark the Work Order as completed.

In some cases, a Work Order may have set of tasks to be completed. It is essential to complete those tasks before completing the work order problem. This in turn confirms that you have done all the tasks assigned to you before completing your Work Order.
The following image shows how you can complete the tasks in a Work Order.
After you have completed the Work Order, the work order stage will move from ‘In Progress’ to ‘Completed‘ stage.

These users can only submit work requests, view status of the requests, follow-up on work requests, provide feedback on resolved work requests Typically, these users represent occupants of a facility.
These users manage the account and have the ability of adding other users to account.
Power Users represent the internal and external personnel who are responsible for ‘facility management’ function. All technicians/supervisors/vendor users/facility coordinators/managers fall into this category. They can plan, create, dispatch, monitor, update and close work orders.
