How to Create a Work Request Based on the Location

You might spot a problem/issue in your working environment or at your location. iviva.facility offers a convenient solution for generating Work Requests tied to specific locations.

This method is helpful if you know the exact location where the problem/issue occurred. With the Work Request Portal, it is much easier to submit Location-based Work Requests as you will be able to select the exact location from Geo maps or from the relevant Floor plan.

Three Ways of Picking the Relevant Location

Work Request Portal provides three ways to pick the relevant location related to the issue.

1. From the Populated List of Locations

Click the Search icon and select the Parent Location to filter the relevant Location.
The Child Locations related to the selected Location will be listed.
Select the Location related to the Issue from the populated Location list.

2. From the Floor Plan

Click FLOOR PLAN. Uploaded Floor Plan will be displayed.
Select the relevant location from the Floor Plan.

3. From the GEO Map

Click GEO MAP. Geo Map will be displayed based on your location.
Select the relevant location from the Geo map.
