Once a Work Request is submitted via iviva.facility Work Request Portal, it will be displayed on the Work Request portal for the respective external Requester to view it, track its status and follow it up.

This section explains how you can see the full view of a work request detail page.

1. On the Work Request portal Homepage, click on the Work Request record to view its detail page on the sidebar.
2. Click on the WR ID to open the full detail view of the Work Request detail page, e.g., WR24546453.
